Today is a quiet, sit around the house and drink hot chocolate kind of day...who ordered snow?
I have always been afraid of chiropractors.. I am not sure why exactly, however the fear of signing a form saying that the treatment could result in paralysis and stroke could be part of it. After seeing how it helped Mark during his last sore back episode, I finally decided after a 2 week stint of a aching back today was the day to go see one. I am happy (and surprised) to say that my back actually feels good.
