Well all has been good around here, taking some time to enjoy the sun, friends, and family.
Doll progress has been slow lately, just coasting along..... I have made a few, but when things slow down, the sewing machine gets put away, and out of site out of mind. I do really think of them everyday, but just no motivation to sew right now.
I am on a new obsesion right now of getting fit. I hires a personal trainer...Carl...he is great. Just enough toughness to keep me a little scared of him, but a bright flashy smile to let me know he is a good guy. I like that I have to be accountable to someone, he can tell when I haven't done what I was supposed to.
Later...
Take a look around

Fresh set ready to go...
This is the newest batch of ten ready to go to Yogafest tomorrow. I really like this batch and I have posted a few of my favorites. You can also see my new cloth and fabric tags designed by my talented and crafty cousin Simone. She did such a nice job, I really like them! I picked u that really cool little hanger at our scrap booking store and I thought it would work perfectly for these pictures. I am glad that worked too.
Well I am off to deliver the dolls, wish them luck!

Camp Moomba yogafest and Blissfest
The dolls are getting out and getting their yoga on....
I wish I could say the same....
You can get your hands on my dolls this weekend at the BLISS FEST in Vancouver. I have made a special batch of 10 dolls for this event, including a few that I really love. I will post pictures of these after they are finished, right now they are laying pathetically unstuffed. That is what happens when you run out of fluff at 11 pm.

Happy Canada Day Weekend
We spend the first half of the weekend at our property in 100 mile house. It was so hot there, and no where to hide from the sun or the heat. It makes for a hard time. When the sun did go down at ummmmm 8pm or so the mosquito's came out. I have not seem so many mosquito's since I was a kid travelling through Drumheller. My parents gave up trying to fight them off in our tent trailer and took us to a hotel instead.
We are home earlier than planned, we decided to drive through the night to make it easier on the dogs and Poppy. We ended up doing a detour to avoid a closure on the highway due to a forest fire. We made it and are now comfortable in our little shaded home.
I did do some cutting out while we were away, but nothing very substantial. I am itching to make some dolls, it feel like it has been forever!!!
