Triathalon? :( :)

I think I might have mentioned earlier on that I was going to see a personal trainer. I had told him that one of my fitness goals was to be able to compete in a triathlon in June of 2009. I was doing really good, and then I fell off the wagon, bumped my head and than got run over by the tires!

I have lost all that I have gained strength wise. I feel defeated and I don't know what to do to get re-psyched. My Mom and hubby can say all they want, but until I feel it, there's no point.

I say, put that triathlon on your calendar (Is it the Langley one?!) and start moving forth. IF you want to do it, you will do it. Nobody call tell you to do anything. All of that comes from deep within. You just need to know when to dig deep and jump in with both feet!

When you are ready, you will do it! And everything will just flow. (Well that is how it was for me anyways!)

Good luck. I am considering that mini tri in June in Langley.

Thanks Cathy, I know that you have been working really hard lately too, I think I have just let "life" get in the way and I have been using that as an excuse. It is the langley one that I am working towards.
I am seeing a new trainer on Saturday and hopefully she will help get me back on track. I think that part of it too is not knowing what to do to get started.
